Refund & Return Policy

At Kashmir Willow Bats, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
• The product received is significantly different from its description or images.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, labels, and accessories should be included.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

How to Request a Return: Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery via phone or WhatsApp. Please share your order details along with clear photos or videos of the product, if applicable. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Pickup & Inspection: Where pickup service is available, we will arrange it. If pickup is unavailable for your location, you may be asked to send the product to the return address provided by our support team. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or refund.

Refund Process: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. If the original payment method is unavailable or for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging or essential accessories.
• Return requests made after the 7-day return period.
